Attendant to this attest functions are the assistance provided to clients in complying with the reportorial requirements of regulatory bodies and the preparation of management letter containing our memorandum of observations regarding our analysis of the financial structure and performance of the client and recommendations for improving the existing accounting procedures and internal accounting and administrative controls of the client.
